Each artwork is created and packaged with care. Because most of our pieces are unique or made to order, we maintain a clear and fair return policy that balances customer satisfaction with the integrity of original art.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


2. Originals and Custom Commissions

Original artworks and custom commissions are non-refundable once the purchase or creative process has started.
Every commission is created specifically for you, based on your story and preferences, and cannot be resold or reused.

However, we want you to love your piece — if there are any concerns, please contact us immediately at info@doostidreams.com and we’ll do our best to find a fair solution (for example, small retouching or digital adjustments before final approval).


3. Limited Edition Prints and Products

For limited edition prints, returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The item was damaged during shipping, or
  • You received the wrong product.

To process a return:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@doostidreams.com, including photos of the damage or issue.
  2. We will review your case and provide return or replacement instructions.
  3. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.


4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or damage during delivery.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return of the item.


5. Damaged or Lost Orders

All shipments are insured to a reasonable extent.
If your order arrives visibly damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Include photos of the packaging and artwork, if available.
    We will work with the courier and, if applicable, offer a replacement or partial refund.

6. Digital Products (if applicable)

Digital downloads (e.g. e-gift cards, digital prints) are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of technical errors that prevent access.
