In your message, share any first thoughts you have about your custom piece , what you’re drawn to, who it’s for, or why you’d like to create it.

From there, I will either:

book a video call with you, or if you prefer, send you a few questions by email so you can reply in your own time.

During this first step, we will:

  • explore the symbols and main focus of the artwork
  • talk about the meaning behind the piece
  • discuss how you want to feel when you look at it
  • consider where it will be displayed, to decide on the size and whether it will be on wood panel or canvas
  • discuss the frame colour and an approximate price range

Once we agree on everything, you’ll receive a short email summary.
After you confirm it, we move to the next stage of creating your custom artwork.

Within two weeks, you will receive the first draft of your artwork either on canvas or wood, depending on what you chose.

You can review it and share your notes with me by email or video call, so we make sure everything feels aligned before moving forward.

Please note:
If your piece is larger than A3, the first draft will be created in a smaller sketch format.
Large canvases and wood panels are purchased after we finalize the design and receive your confirmation on payment agreement.

Once you approve the color palette and initial design, I will send you a payment agreement for your review and signature.
This agreement includes the final price of your custom artwork.

The payment structure is:

  • 50% upfront to begin the work
  • 50% upon delivery

The creation process typically takes 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the size of your piece.
Throughout this time, you will receive progress photos and videos on email from my end so you can follow the evolution of your artwork and see how your vision is coming to life.

When your custom artwork is complete, you will receive photos and a short video of the finished piece shared via email with you.

At this stage, only small adjustments can be made, gentle refinements that enhance the artwork without changing its main design. (One Review)

After your final approval, the art piece will go through curing process before varnish is applied and depending on the size it will take 1 to 2 weeks. Once varnish is applied and dried, you will receive the final photo and video of the ready Art piece framed or unframed based on your choice.

You will receive invoice for the remaining 50% and once the payment is completed, your artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped using trusted couriers such as DHL or Aramex.

Your parcel will be fully protected, and you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey until it arrives safely at your home.

Inside your package, you will also receive:

  • an Authentication Certificate
  • a photo of your custom piece together with me as the artist,as part of the Doosti Dreams experience.
  • A Personal Thank You – A handwritten thank-you letter from me.
    You will also be invited to share a photo of your piece displayed in your space and your testimonial, which means a great deal to me and the Doosti Dreams community.
